Returns and refunds

TONY AGNEW wants you to be happy with what arrives. If a garment is not right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items that are unworn, unwashed and still carry their original tags and packaging.
Faulty or incorrectly described items, at any time within 30 days of delivery.

What cannot be returned

Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
Items returned without their original tags.
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

Email contact@agnewfashion.shop with your order number and a short note about the item. We reply within 48 hours and send return instructions to the address below.

Return postage is arranged by the customer and is estimated at checkout according to the distance between your address and our dispatch location. Please send returns with a trackable service, as we cannot refund parcels that never reach us.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Inspection takes place within 1-3 business days of arrival and the refund itself is usually visible within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
