This website is operated by TONY AGNEW. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TONY AGNEW. By visiting this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Use of the online store

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and that you will not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each garment as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit and care guidance. Colours can vary slightly between screens and production batches. We may update, replace or withdraw products, and we may limit quantities where stock is low.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars and are charged at the moment the order is placed. Shipping is estimated at checkout from the destination distance and the weight of the parcel. We may correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched; if a correction affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Orders and confirmation

An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Dispatch and delivery times, return windows and refund conditions are set out in our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All text, photography and design on this site belong to TONY AGNEW and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site, scrape its content for commercial use, or resell products in a way that misrepresents their origin.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of New Zealand. Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
